Job Summary

The Assistant Valet Parking Manager will assist in overseeing valet parking operations, ensuring client satisfaction and managing associates in a professional environment.

Required Qualifications

  • High School education or GED
  • Prior guest service and hotel experience preferred
  • Valid state driver’s license with a current address and acceptable driving record
  • Ability to drive a vehicle with a manual transmission (stick shift) a plus
  • Ability to read and write English exceptionally well
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all socio-economical levels
  • Physical ability to perform job duties as described

Desired Qualifications

  • Advanced Google or Microsoft software skills
  • Valet Parking Software working experience
  • Hotel management experience
  • 4+ years service related management experience
  • Proven ability to manage a team
  • Ability to communicate in other languages, Spanish preferred
  • Previous guest relations training
  • Previous formal parking or hotel management training
  • College degree in hotel, hospitality, restaurant or retail

Additional Requirements

  • Availability to work all shifts and/or weekends required
  • Must maintain a neat and clean appearance and be in complete uniform at all times
