Job Summary
Lead shifts and oversee daily operations in the absence of senior leadership; deputise for Deputy and Registered Manager, manage staff and resources, conduct admissions assessments and CQC notifications; develop and implement care plans and Mental Capacity assessments; conduct quality assurance audits and coach team members to maintain high standards; build strong relationships with residents, provide compassionate, person-centered care, and support meaningful activities while promoting physical and emotional wellbeing.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant experience with older adults in health or social care
- MO365 experience (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Strong leadership and role-modeling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate approach to resident care
- Willingness to explain how you meet values and requirements in the Candidate Pack
- Right to work in the UK (essential)
- Vetting requirements: Criminal Records Check
