Job Summary
Assist in early childhood classrooms with two-year-olds and/or preschoolers, partnering with lead teachers to create a welcoming, engaging, safe, and nurturing environment. Implement the LEAP Curriculum® to support learning through play for infants, toddlers, and/or preschoolers. Communicate regularly with parents about children's progress via discussions and mobile apps. Contribute to center goals around enrollment and engagement and collaborate with center staff and leadership to support a positive learning community.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must meet state specific guidelines for the role
