Job Summary
Assist the Lead Teacher in implementing age-appropriate lesson plans and managing the classroom to ensure a safe, stimulating environment. Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through active engagement while providing daily care routines including diaper changing and potty training. Prepare classroom materials, supervise individualized support for children, and foster a sense of belonging. Communicate with families about their child's progress and adhere to health and safety guidelines and licensing regulations. This role requires a high school diploma, previous experience in licensed childcare, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. The position is in Suwanee, GA, with no nights or weekends, and includes a $250 sign-on bonus after 90 days.

- Must pass required state background checks and meet state minimum education, experience and credential requirements
Desired Qualifications
- associate or bachelor's in Early Childhood Education
