Job Summary
Supervise daily driver activities and third-party providers while coordinating outside services for member appointments and consultations. Execute monthly driver training on safety, escorting, and accident avoidance, and evaluate vendor invoices and contracts. Manage vehicle maintenance per OEM schedules and collaborate with external caregivers to support Plan of Care development. Maintain consistent availability for family members to educate participants on services and schedule planning. This full-time, daylight hours role requires a minimum of two years in a supervisory position, a valid Pennsylvania driver's license, and CPR/basic first aid certification.
Required Qualifications
