Job Summary
Verify data and carry out work allocated by administrators or attorneys, including billing, sending update reports to clients, status checks, and follow-ups via email or telephone. Manage incoming and outgoing emails, save correspondence to cases, and handle diary management. Monitor outstanding costs, prepare invoices, complete official forms, and draft written correspondence to clients and overseas attorney firms. Assist with preparing and issuing standard letters and reports while maintaining an accurate log of all delegated tasks. Prepare, collate, and scan documents. This role supports the Trade Mark team, which works with well-known companies to protect their brands internationally.
Required Qualifications
- Clear communication skills with a good command of the English language (including spelling and grammar)
- Able to work effectively as part of a team
- Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Careful attitude with a keen eye for detail
- Flexible towards changes and ability to adapt to ensure the smooth and efficient service to the team
- Minimum of 8 GCSEs (or equivalent) of grade C or above including Maths and English
Desired Qualifications
- A-Levels preferred
- Office experience desirable
- Experience of MS Word and Excel
