Job Summary
Assistant Track Coach for Jumps/Multis responsible for recruiting student-athletes aligned with ACU’s mission, organizing and administering a Division I Track & Field program, developing holistic athletic, academic, professional, and spiritual growth, and assisting in fundraising and alumni relations. Requires coaching knowledge of jumps/multis, ability to recruit and interview prospects, manage program administration, budgeting, NCAA/WAC compliance, and fostering a Christ-centered environment. Strong emphasis on character evaluation, effective communication, time management, and adherence to NCAA/UAC rules; must integrate Christian faith into coaching and professional relationships; willingness to obtain relevant certifications and uphold program integrity.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Master’s degree preferred
- Background in Jumps/Multis and/or coaching at the collegiate level, up to and including meet management and team budgeting experience
- Strength & Conditioning certified, or willing to get certification promptly
- Ethics and integrity to work within rules of the NCAA and UAC
