Job Summary
Assist with practices by placing emphasis on teamwork, skill development, and strategy while supervising student-athletes before, during, and after sessions. Engage in academic monitoring with teachers and counselors, manage equipment inventory, and complete required paperwork including rosters and consent forms. Provide information on transportation and game management while promoting student accomplishments academically and athletically. Maintain ethical standards and conduct professional growth through clinics and publications. This role supports the middle school sports program with a focus on student-athlete improvement and program coordination.
