Job Summary
Assist the Lead Teacher to implement daily classroom activities for a group of 2.5–3 year olds, support social/emotional/cognitive/physical development, maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom, supervise during play and meals, assist with diapering and personal care as appropriate, prepare and organize learning materials, observe developmental progress, and collaborate with staff to ensure a positive classroom experience. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent; CPR/First Aid certification preferred. Opportunities for advancement, professional development, and a supportive team are offered.
