Job Summary
Assist the Lead Teacher in implementing age-appropriate lesson plans and prepare classroom materials to ensure a safe, clean, and inviting learning environment. Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through active engagement, individualized supervision, and daily care routines. Foster a sense of belonging while adhering to health and safety guidelines and licensing regulations. Communicate regularly with families regarding their child's progress and daily activities.
