Job Summary
Lead innovative learning activities for toddlers while ensuring their safety and well-being during meals, naptime, and all other activities. Monitor children's progress and development, prepare age-appropriate curriculum materials, and create a harmonious environment for young learners and staff. Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are preferred to support diverse families. Requires a High School Diploma, 6+ months of Early Childhood Education experience, and strong collaboration skills. Starting hourly pay is $18.00-$20.00.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bilingual English/ Spanish
- Professional Development Units / Credits
- Experience in Early Childhood Education in a certified child development center (minimum 6 months)
- Prior experience with the assigned age group
- Specific requirements set by minimum state standards and/or accreditation
- Ability to use standard office equipment such as a laptop computer and smartphone
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
