Job Summary
Support a safe and engaging classroom environment by working alongside the Lead teacher to implement age-appropriate learning activities utilizing the High Scope curriculum. Assist toddlers with exploration and discovery while maintaining a caring, energetic, and reliable presence. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, onsite in Clarkston, MI. Position requires US work authorization, CPR certification, and background screening consent. Preferred qualifications include a CDA credential, experience with toddlers, and familiarity with the High Scope Curriculum. Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Reliable transportation
- Consent to Background screening including fingerprinting
- CPR certification
- You must be authorized to work for any employer in the US
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience working with Toddlers in the classroom setting
- Prior experience with High Scope Curriculum
- Possess a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or working toward a degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
