Job Summary
Lead innovative learning activities that promote children's development and growth while ensuring the safety and well-being of toddlers at all times. Monitor children's progress and development, prepare and organize age-appropriate learning materials, and supervise students during meals and naptime to maintain a harmonious environment. Assist with the implementation of curriculum and foster a nurturing attitude toward young learners. Requires a high school diploma or GED, with an associate's degree or CDA certification preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 6 months prior experience working in a certified child development center
- Prior experience with the assigned age group
- Ability to use standard office equipment such as a laptop computer and smartphone
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
