Job Summary
Assist with the implementation of age-appropriate curriculum, prepare and organize learning materials, and supervise children during all activities, including meals and naptime, to ensure a safe and positive learning environment. Help lead innovative learning activities that promote children's development and growth while monitoring children's progress and ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Create a harmonious environment where children and fellow teachers enjoy coming to each day. Requires a high school diploma or GED, with an associate's degree or CDA certification preferred, and at least six months of prior experience in a certified child development center. Competitive pay ranges from $15.50 to $18.50 per hour with a $500 hiring bonus paid at 45 days.
