Job Summary
Lead innovative learning activities that promote children's development and growth while ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Monitor children's progress and prepare age-appropriate learning materials to create a harmonious environment for students and fellow teachers. Supervise children during meals and naptime to maintain a positive learning atmosphere. This role offers a $500 hiring bonus paid in full at 45 days of employment. Competitive pay ranges from $15.50 to $18.50 per hour, with childcare tuition discounts and career development programs included. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 6 months prior experience working in a certified child development center
- Prior experience with the assigned age group
- Ability to use standard office equipment such as a laptop computer and smartphone
- Strong collaboration and communication skills

Desired Qualifications
- Associate's degree in early childhood development
- CDA Certified
