Job Summary
Assist with the implementation of age-appropriate curriculum, prepare and organize learning materials, and supervise children during all activities, including meals and naptime, to ensure a safe and positive learning environment. Help lead innovative learning activities that promote children's development and growth while monitoring children's progress and ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Create a harmonious environment where children and fellow teachers enjoy coming to each day. This role offers a $500 hiring bonus paid in full at 45 days of employment and includes childcare tuition discounts, career development programs, and opportunities for advancement within the Endeavor Schools family.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 6 months prior experience working in a certified child development center
- Prior experience with the assigned age group
- Ability to use standard office equipment such as a laptop computer and smartphone
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Patience

- A sincere interest in the well-being and development of young learners
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's degree in early childhood development
- CDA Certified
- 1 year prior experience working in a certified child development center
