Job Summary
Lead innovative learning activities that promote children's development and growth while ensuring the safety and well-being of toddlers at all times. Monitor each child's progress and development, prepare and organize age-appropriate learning materials, and supervise students during meals and naptime to maintain a harmonious environment. Assist with the implementation of the curriculum and foster a nurturing attitude centered on the sincere interest in young learners' wellbeing. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 6 months prior experience working in a certified child development center
- Prior experience with the assigned age group
- Ability to use standard office equipment such as a laptop computer and smartphone
- Strong collaboration and communication skills

- A sincere interest in the well-being and development of young learners
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's degree in early childhood development
- CDA Certified
- 1 year prior experience working in a certified child development center
