Job Summary
Lead innovative learning activities, prepare and organize age-appropriate materials, and supervise children during meals, naptime, and all activities to ensure a safe environment. Monitor each child's progress and development while fostering a harmonious atmosphere where children and staff thrive. Assist with the implementation of curriculum and maintain constant vigilance for safety and well-being. This role offers a $500 hiring bonus paid at 45 days, competitive hourly pay between $15.50 and $18.50, childcare tuition discounts, and career development programs within Endeavor Schools' network of 100+ locations.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 6 months prior experience working in a certified child development center
- Prior experience with the assigned age group
- Ability to use standard office equipment such as a laptop computer and smartphone
- Strong collaboration and communication skills

- A sincere interest in the well-being and development of young learners
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's degree in early childhood development
- CDA Certified
- 1 year prior experience working in a certified child development center
