Job Summary
Lead innovative learning activities, prepare and organize materials, and supervise children during meals and naptime to ensure a safe, positive environment. Monitor each child's progress and development while fostering a harmonious atmosphere where both students and staff thrive. This role supports the implementation of age-appropriate curriculum at Carpe Diem Private Preschool, part of Endeavor Schools' 100+ school network across 14 states. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 6 months prior experience working in a certified child development center
- Prior experience with the assigned age group
- Ability to use standard office equipment such as a laptop computer and smartphone
- Strong collaboration and communication skills

- A sincere interest in the well-being and development of young learners
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's degree in early childhood development
- CDA Certified
- 1 year prior experience working in a certified child development center
