Lead innovative learning activities that promote children's development and growth while ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Monitor children's progress and development, assist with age-appropriate curriculum implementation, and supervise students during meals and naptime to maintain a harmonious environment. Prepare and organize learning materials to support a positive learning experience for toddlers. This role offers a $500 hiring bonus paid after 45 days of employment, competitive hourly pay, and career development programs within the Endeavor Schools family.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 6 months prior experience working in a certified child development center
- Prior experience with the assigned age group
- Ability to use standard office equipment such as a laptop computer and smartphone
- Strong collaboration and communication skills

Desired Qualifications
- Associate's degree in early childhood development
- CDA Certified
- 1 year prior experience working in a certified child development center
