Job Summary
Lead innovative learning activities that promote children's development and growth while ensuring the safety and well-being of toddlers at all times. Monitor each child's progress and create a harmonious environment where students and fellow teachers thrive. Prepare and organize age-appropriate learning materials, supervise meals and naptime, and assist with the implementation of curriculum. Maintain a nurturing attitude and demonstrate strong collaboration skills to support young learners' daily needs.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience in Early Childhood Education in a certified child development center
- Prior experience with toddler and pre-school students
- Ability to use standard office equipment such as a laptop computer and tablet
- 12 Child Development Units-Required by the State of California
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Patience
- A nurturing attitude
- A sincere interest in the well-being and development of young learners
