Job Summary
Lead innovative learning activities, prepare and organize materials, and supervise toddlers during meals and naptime to ensure a safe, positive environment. Monitor each child's progress and development while fostering a harmonious atmosphere where students and staff thrive. Maintain safety and well-being at all times through direct observation and nurturing care. Starting at $17.00 to $21.00 per hour, this role offers a $1,000 hiring bonus payable in two installments. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience in Early Childhood Education in a certified child development center
- Prior experience with toddler and pre-school students
- Ability to use standard office equipment such as a laptop computer and tablet
- 12 Child Development Units-Required by the State of California
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Patience
