Job Summary
Lead innovative learning activities, prepare and organize age-appropriate materials, and supervise children during meals and naptime to ensure safety and well-being. Monitor each child's progress and development while fostering a harmonious environment where students and staff thrive. Maintain a nurturing attitude and strong communication skills to support young learners in a supportive setting. Starting at $17.00 to $21.00 per hour, this role offers a $1,000 hiring bonus, childcare tuition discounts, and career development programs within Endeavor Schools' nationwide network.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience in Early Childhood Education in a certified child development center
- Prior experience with toddler and pre-school students
- Ability to use standard office equipment such as a laptop computer and tablet
- 12 Child Development Units-Required by the State of California
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
