Job Summary
Lead innovative learning activities, prepare and organize age-appropriate materials, and supervise children during meals and naptime to ensure a safe, positive environment. Monitor each child's progress and development while fostering a harmonious atmosphere where students and staff thrive. Maintain constant vigilance for safety and well-being throughout all activities. This role supports the implementation of a curriculum designed to promote early childhood growth within a network of over 100 schools nationwide.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience in Early Childhood Education in a certified child development center
- Prior experience with toddler and pre-school students
- Ability to use standard office equipment such as a laptop computer and tablet
- 12 Child Development Units-Required by the State of California
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Patience

- A sincere interest in the well-being and development of young learners
