Job Summary
Assist with the implementation of age-appropriate curriculum, prepare learning materials, and supervise children during meals and naptime to ensure a safe environment. Lead innovative learning activities that promote development, monitor children's progress, and maintain a harmonious atmosphere for students and staff. Ensure the safety and well-being of toddlers at all times while fostering a nurturing attitude toward young learners. This role offers a supportive work environment with opportunities for advancement within Endeavor Schools' network of over 100 schools.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience in Early Childhood Education in a certified child development center
- Prior experience with toddler and pre-school students
- Ability to use standard office equipment such as a laptop computer and tablet
- 12 Child Development Units-Required by the State of California
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Patience
- A nurturing attitude
- A sincere interest in the well-being and development of young learners
