Job Summary
Serves as a member of the senior leadership team within the Office of the Vice Provost of Student Affairs, providing confidential support to the Vice Provost, acting as primary internal/external liaison, leading strategic projects, coordinating events, managing the office, and performing tasks related to planning, research, travel, reporting, and administration in a fully in-person, full-time role within a large university setting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or other relevant field
- five (5) years of managing administrative support experience
- Any combination of relevant education and experience may be substituted for the educational requirement on a year-for-year basis
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evening and occasional weekends
- Computer software skills, including databases, spreadsheets, word processing
- Demonstrated working knowledge of policies and procedures in a complex academic institution or similar, complex organization
- Experience in handling personnel administration
