Job Summary
Greet customers, schedule and confirm service appointments, and coordinate vehicle movement within the dealership. Prepare and maintain repair orders, verify customer and vehicle information, and process service paperwork and maintenance records. File, scan, and organize service-related documents while ensuring accurate documentation and records. Assist with cashiering, payment processing, loaner vehicle administration, and phone call direction. Maintain a clean, organized service drive and waiting area. Perform other duties as assigned by management. This role serves as an entry point for individuals interested in advancing into a Service Advisor position.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Strong attention to detail
