Job Summary
Provides administrative and operational support to the Executive Office and Leadership Team. Responsibilities include travel coordination, scheduling, drafting and distributing internal communications, preparing reports and presentations, maintaining organized records, and assisting with event planning and logistics. Responsibilities also encompass calendar coordination for meetings, coordinating virtual and in-person meetings, following up on action items, handling confidential information, and supporting occasional urgent or after-hours requests. Must have strong organizational and time-management skills, attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and excellent written and verbal communication skills are desired.
