Job Summary
Advocate for residents' rights while supporting their personal, medical, and emotional care. Collaborate with HHA staff to ensure top-notch service, partner with the Clinical Nurse Supervisor to update care plans, and solve compliance and family concern issues. Plan community events, give tours, and promote the facility to new families. Manage staffing adjustments, budgets, and training to keep operations running smoothly. Maintain a full-time schedule with rotating on-call duties with the Registered Nurse. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school
- Current Minnesota LPN license
- Strong communication skills
- Minimal supervision needed
- Knack for inspiring others to work toward a common goal
