Job Summary
Assist Store Manager in leading the store team to deliver a positive customer experience, oversee daily operations, support staffing and scheduling, coach team members, ensure product quality, safety, and brand standards, and help drive store performance. Responsibilities include planning daily operations, monitoring staffing levels, enforcing policies, controlling inventory and loss prevention, supporting wage and hour compliance, onboarding and training, and fostering a collaborative, high-service environment. Requires strong customer service, supervisory capabilities, excellent communication, organization, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, in-person retail setting. Job Type: Full-time; Location: San Diego, CA in-person; flexible hours as business needs require.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Minimum of one to two years of retail, food service, or customer service experience preferred
- Prior supervisory, shift lead, or team lead experience preferred
- Experience supporting store operations, cash handling, inventory, scheduling, or team training preferred
- Experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment
