Job Summary
Conduct tennis instruction, supervise court play, and manage equipment rentals while enforcing club rules and ensuring facility safety. Initiate clinics, promote special events, and perform racquet stringing to attract and retain members. Manage pro shop inventory, execute merchandising plans, and process sales transactions using POS systems. Assist with member bookings, resolve complaints, and coordinate department activities. Maintain accurate stock levels, create weekly displays, and monitor sales forecasts.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree (AA)
- six months to one year related experience
- related training
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- CPR Certification
- First Aid Certification
- Teaching Certification (Tennis)
- Ability to read and speak English
- U.S.T.A. rating of 5.0 or better
- Certificate from college
- Certificate from technical school
- Certificate from accredited facility
- three to six months related experience

- Previous experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems
