Job Summary
Inspect, breakdown, clean, and stack organic material bins while maintaining a safe work environment and escalating concerns to the Lead Technician in real time. Operate hand pallet jacks and assist with basic preventive maintenance tasks as assigned. Participate in shift handoff meetings, scheduled trainings, and other meetings as directed. This safety-sensitive role requires a clear mind, diligence, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently, bend, stand, and walk throughout the shift. Candidates must be comfortable handling temperature changes, humidity, and wetness in Analytics, Modular, and RNG facilities. Sunday through Tuesday shifts are available, with every other Wednesday from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience
- Experience working in a manufacturing/production environment
- 6-12 months maintenance, industrial maintenance, or auto mechanic experience
- Experience operating pressure washers and hand pallet jacks
- Basic computer proficiency and mathematical skills
- Ability and comfort with performing routine tasks
- Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication in English
- Willing to work overtime
- Must be able to lift, push, pull, carry up to 50 lbs. frequently
- Must be able to bend, stand, walk, sit, kneel frequently
- Is comfortable operating equipment and repetitive tasks throughout their shift
- Is able to handle potential changes in temperature on site, humidity and wetness in working areas
- Employment is contingent upon passing a pre-employment background check and drug screen
