Job Summary
Seeking a highly skilled Assistant / Technical Project Manager with a strong background in telecommunications network deployment and proven project management experience. The candidate should possess deep technical expertise in 3G, 4G, and 5G networks, and demonstrate leadership in project planning, execution, and delivery. Responsibilities include leading network infrastructure projects, assisting in the deployment and integration of network hardware, developing project plans, collaborating with engineering teams, managing budgets and timelines, providing project updates, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Required Qualifications
- Strong background in telecommunications network deployment
- Proven project management experience
- Deep technical expertise in 3G, 4G, and 5G networks
- Leadership and proficiency in project planning, execution, and delivery
- Assist in the deployment and integration of network hardware and software
- Help develop project plans that balance technical needs, timelines, and resources
- Work closely with engineers, vendors, and contractors
- Assist in managing project budgets, timelines, and quality standards
- Provide regular updates on project status to stakeholders
- Support troubleshooting efforts to ensure projects meet quality standards
- Assist in ensuring compliance with regulatory and industry standards
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Networking (at least 10 years)
- Some experience (1-3 years) in telecommunications, network deployment, or project management
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, or Asana)
- PMP certification may be beneficial
- Eagerness to learn in telecommunications and project management
- Problem-solving skills
- Clear communication abilities
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment
