Job Summary
Oversee management, maintenance, and optimization of the Marve-ll ERP system and business software applications while administering user access rights across all platforms. Monitor critical systems daily including ERP, WiFi, CCTV, and Active Campaign to ensure uptime and rapid issue resolution. Manage IT assets, procurement, deployment, and secure disposal of hardware, alongside network infrastructure and vendor liaison for bug reporting workflows. Lead the Technology Team with guidance, act as primary contact for technical enquiries, and serve as PDPA Officer for data protection compliance. Administer government systems like TPGateway and Corpass to ensure regulatory adherence. This role requires a Diploma or Bachelor's in IT with 3-5 years of experience in systems administration. The position is full-time in Singapore with a salary of $5,500–$6,500.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma/Bachelor's in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 3-5 years in IT support, systems administration, or technology management
- Experience with ERP systems and user access management
- Proficiency in Windows/Mac, network administration, and cloud platforms
- Knowledge of data management tools (Alteryx, PowerBI, Excel)
- Understanding of PDPA and cybersecurity best practices
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and customer-service focused
