Assistant Team Manager - Families First (Non-Case Holding)

Support the Team Manager with day-to-day operational management of the Families First team, including quality assuring assessments, plans, and casework. Chair team and professional meetings while providing guidance, mentoring, and support to Social Workers. Assist with work allocation across the team and support performance management and practice improvement. Undertake any additional tasks required to support the Team Manager and wider service. This non-case holding role offers a leadership development opportunity for experienced Social Workers or Senior Practitioners, with a competitive rate of £32.73 per hour and an immediate start available.
