Job Summary
Assistant Team Leader will assist the Team Leader with all store operations, act as the leader in the absence of the Manager, greet customers and deliver exceptional service, promote store specials, contribute to all aspects of store operations, and lead by example to create a fast, friendly, and clean environment. The role emphasizes customer engagement, supervision of store duties, and supporting the team toward career advancement opportunities. A pre-employment drug test and background check are required.
