Job Summary
Assist Team Leader, BX SRP oversees the night-shift team delivering intensive supervision and caseload management in the Supervised Release Program within CASES’ ISU. Provide direct supervision, clinical guidance, and operational support; implement recovery-oriented, trauma-informed and gender-responsive services; conduct comprehensive assessments and develop service plans; ensure accurate charting and data reporting; lead in high-risk case management and collaboration with partner providers; supervise Case Coordinators and peer interns; support program auditing and maintain confidentiality; bilingual Spanish skills are preferred. Requires Master’s degree in a clinical discipline and 2-4 years of supervisory experience; LMSW/LMHC and CASAC/CASAC-T preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a relevant clinical discipline
- 2-4 years Supervisory experience
- Experience with trauma-informed and recovery-oriented services
- Bilingual Spanish preferred (LMSW/LMHC/CASAC preferred)
- Experience with evidence-based models and motivational interviewing
- LMSW or LMHC preferred
- CASAC or CASAC-T preferred
- Strong organizational and supervisory skills
- Experience in human services with serious mental illness and co-occurring substance use disorders
Desired Qualifications
