Assistant Team Captain

Assistant Team Captain role in bfresh, an hourly developmental position aimed at candidates with retail department management experience who aspire to become Store Leaders. Works with the Team Coach and Team Captain to inspire and guide the team to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Collaborates with Team Leads to ensure teammates engage customers personally, are knowledgeable about offerings, and contribute to a fun, high-performing store environment. Responsibilities include coaching Team Leads and teammates, driving sales growth, maintaining clean and safe store standards, controlling shrink, ensuring legal compliance, fulfilling ordering and replenishment needs, and upholding store floor standards. Key skills include love of food, self-motivation, effective communication, innovation, and inspirational leadership; requires 3+ years of department management experience and flexible availability for rotation with leadership roles.
