Assistant Teacher

Assist Lead Teachers with classroom routines and learning activities while supporting children during meals, rest time, outdoor play, and transitions. Help prepare classroom materials and learning centers, encourage positive social interaction and independence, and maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment. Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members while following Virginia childcare licensing requirements and center policies. This role offers a full-time Monday–Friday schedule with competitive pay of $15–$17 per hour.
