Assistant Teacher

Assistant Teachers at The Learning Experience Cypress-Northpointe work as subs/floats/teacher's assistants across classrooms from Infants to Preschool, partnering with lead teachers to create a stimulating, safe, and welcoming environment. Responsibilities include classroom leadership, supporting curriculum implementation with the LEAP Curriculum, ensuring safety, communicating with families via mobile apps and in person, collaborating with center staff to drive retention and enrollment, and building positive relationships with families and colleagues. Must have a High School Diploma/GED (ECE coursework preferred), be at least 18 years old, and meet state health and safety requirements; prior childcare experience is preferred.
