Job Summary
Assistant Teacher at The Learning Experience partnered with lead teachers to create a welcoming, engaging classroom space for children to learn and grow. Responsibilities include implementing the L.E.A.P. Curriculum with infants, toddlers, and/or preschoolers; creating a safe, nurturing environment; regularly communicating with parents through mobile apps and discussions; supporting enrollment and engagement goals with center staff; and building relationships with families and coworkers to foster a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/ GED required
- ECE coursework preferred
- Must meet state specific guidelines for the role
