Job Summary
Assistant Teacher in Mesa, AZ responsible for supporting classroom leadership and implementing our LEAP Curriculum® across Infants, Toddlers, and/or Preschool. Duties include assisting with curriculum implementation, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment, communicating with families about child progress, and collaborating with center staff to support retention, enrollment, and engagement goals. Must have a High School Diploma or GED (ECE coursework preferred), be at least 18, meet state requirements, and be able to perform essential physical tasks to supervise children while fostering development and positive interactions.
