Assist in delivering the L.E.A.P. Curriculum to infants, toddlers, and/or preschoolers; partner with classroom teachers to create a welcoming, engaging space; use a growth mindset to develop young minds and inspire a love of learning; create a safe, nurturing environment; communicate regularly with parents about children’s adventures and achievements via apps and personal discussions; support center enrollment and engagement goals; build relationships with families and coworkers to foster a dynamic learning environment.
Required Qualifications
