Job Summary
Orchestrate a stimulating, welcoming classroom space where infants, toddlers, and preschoolers can play, learn, and grow. Support teachers in implementing the proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum® by adapting approaches to individual child needs. Prioritize a safe, nurturing environment while ensuring children's everyday needs—such as feeding, grooming, and diapering—are met. Collaborate with center staff to drive retention, enrollment, and engagement goals, and regularly update parents on their child's progress via mobile apps or in-person discussions. Cultivate warm relationships with families and colleagues to foster an environment where learning and play coexist effortlessly. This role requires standing for extended periods, lifting up to 40 pounds, and working outdoors in temperatures ranging from 20°F to 95°F. A high school diploma or GED is required, with ECE coursework preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- At least 18 years of age
- Must meet state-specific guidelines for the role
- Meet state and federal requirements including immunizations, employment physicals, and required health and safety training
