Assistant Teacher

Partner closely with teachers to orchestrate a stimulating, welcoming space where Infants, Toddlers, and Preschool children can play, learn, and grow. Implement the proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum® by adapting your approach to individual child needs while prioritizing a safe, nurturing environment. Support staff in updating parents on progress through mobile apps and in-person discussions, and collaborate with leadership to drive retention and enrollment goals. Cultivate warm relationships with families and colleagues, ensuring children's everyday needs are met through activities like diapering, feeding, and grooming. Maintain composure and professionalism while supervising children indoors and outdoors in temperatures ranging from 20°F to 95°F. This role requires standing for extended periods, lifting up to 40 pounds, and meeting state-specific childcare guidelines.
