Job Summary
Assistant Teacher responsibilities include partnering with lead teachers to create a stimulating, welcoming space for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers; supporting the implementation of the proprietary LEAP Curriculum; ensuring safety and nurturing care; communicating with families about child progress via mobile apps and in-person discussions; collaborating with center staff to drive retention, enrollment, and engagement; and modeling professional, developmentally appropriate interactions with children and families.
