Job Summary
Partner with teachers to implement the proprietary curriculum using engaging characters to drive learning, play, and growth. Maintain quality compliance and health and safety standards throughout classrooms and programs. Collaborate with peers to create a welcoming, engaging space for children and communicate with parents regarding their child's achievements via mobile apps and personal discussions. This role supports the Academy of Early Education's mission where "Happy Happens Here," offering on-going training, tuition reimbursement, and leadership pathways.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- Must meet any applicable background screening or state licensing requirements for the role
