Job Summary
Assistant Teacher at The Learning Experience supports classroom leadership and collaborates with teachers to create a welcoming, developmentally appropriate learning environment. Responsibilities include implementing the proprietary LEAP Curriculum across Infants to Preschool, ensuring safety and nurturing practices, communicating progress to families using mobile apps and in-person discussions, and partnering with center staff to drive retention, enrollment, and engagement. Required: High School Diploma/GED and meeting state guidelines; immunizations and health/safety training; 18+ years old; childcare experience preferred; ECE coursework preferred. Physical duties include lifting up to 40 pounds and being able to stand/walk for extended periods; comfort working in varied temperatures and outdoor conditions.
