Job Summary
Assistant Teachers support classroom leadership and partner with teachers to create a stimulating, safe space for infants, toddlers, and preschool children. Responsibilities include assisting with implementing the proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum, prioritizing child safety, communicating with families about progress and milestones via apps and in-person discussions, collaborating with center staff and leadership to drive enrollment and engagement, and building warm relationships with families and colleagues. Qualifications include a High School Diploma/GED, 18+ years old, and state-immunization/health-safety training compliance. The role emphasizes dependability, strong communication, patience, and the ability to assist with developmentally appropriate activities and daily care tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Educational Background: High School Diploma/GED required. ECE coursework preferred.
- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Experience: Prior childcare experience or demonstrated passion preferred.
