Assist in classrooms by partnering with teachers to create a welcoming, engaging space for infants, toddlers, and preschool children. Implement the proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum®, support a safe and nurturing environment, and communicate regularly with parents about children’s progress through apps and discussions. Contribute to enrollment and engagement goals, build strong relationships with families and coworkers, and foster a growth-minded learning atmosphere.
Required Qualifications
